“The Princess and the Frog” is the new DISNEY production. Tiana is the protagonist. At the start of the movie she is a waitress and aspiring restaurant owner living in the French Quarter of New Orleans during the Jazz Age.
Tiana is the first black princess in the Disney Princess franchise. She is the second American Disney Princess, after Pocahontas.
